Event and Marketing Assistant


Core Responsibilities:

  • Handle events-related customer inquiries
  • Maintain ticketing records and ensuring a proper record of guest lists Ensure smooth execution of each event before, during and after:
    • Co-ordination with event venue staffs and logistic partners
    • Ensuring proper staffing for all events
    • Ensuring all special customer requirements are met
    • Timely delivery of event materials e.g. glassware, wines, printed materials, place cards etc.
    • Timely setup of event materials at the event venue
    • Ensure all leftover event-materials are properly packed and get picked up after each event
  • Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks as required, including and not limited to:
    • Photo-taking for marketing efforts
    • Maintaining social media communications and other marketing and promotional campaigns
    • Preparation of sales and marketing presentation materials
    • Translation of marketing materials between English and Chinese
    • File maintenance
    • Daily in-shop matters

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma or above with at least 1 year experience in an office environment. Recent university graduates will also be considered.
  • Strong interest in wine
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Excellent command of Microsoft Office functions
  • Familiar with social media platforms

Preferred Training and Experience:

  • WSET qualifications
  • Sales and customer service related work experience

 

Administrator and Wine Sales Assistant


Core Responsibilities: 

  • Provide sales operational support to the sales team including client correspondences related to order inquiries, invoices, and deliveries 
  • Provide other general administrative support including file maintenance, ad-hoc projects/events, and other daily in-shop matters

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma or above with at least 1 year experience in an office environment. Recent university graduates will also be considered. 
  • Strong interest in wine
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin 
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office functions 

 Preferred Training and Experience: 

  • WSET qualifications
  • Sales and customer service related work experience

 

Accounting Assistant 


Core Responsibilities: 

  • Reports to the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Accountant 
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned e.g. audit and tax related issues
  • Assist with daily bookkeeping of accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliation in accordance with our internal control policies 
  • Assist with compiling financial and management reports in adherence to statutory requirements 
  • Assist with maintaining and filing company accounting documents 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree Holder in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent with at least 1-year experience in an office environment (accounting preferred). Recent University graduates will also be considered. 
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principals
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office functions (especially Excel) 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin 
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure 
  • Immediate availability preferred

 Preferred Training and Experience: 

  • Member or student of professional accounting bodies e.g. ACCA, HKICPA  preferred
