ColeraineEis the flagship wine, made from a blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot and cabernet franc and in a relatively cool climate, there is more than something Bordeaux-like about the wine. Yet there is also a vibrancy of fruit that is very New Zealand. You'll be forgiven for thinking this is just a loyal nod to my native New Zealand.
