This is more than likely the last chance to put together a small collection of wine treasures direct from the cellars of old negocient house (and now new domaine under the ambitious hands of Thiabult Marion) Seguin-Manuel. Some of my best wine memories to date have come from bottles from this cellar. So now, given the rarity of the wines, I thought it would be appropriate (or is that greedy?), to enjoy these last few bottles over dinner round one small table – indeed there will be just 7 tickets plus me. We will put Chef Pascal Proyart to work to create a menu to accompany:
