Bright mid-gold, viscous; very rich, sweet appley aromas - apple tart; thick-textured, clean, ripe - very pure expression of chenin, so balanced with fine ripe acidity, extract, loads of botrytis and length. The finish goes on and on. It is lovely now because it is so rich and balanced, but this should develop extra layers of complexity. It is unready.
