Shiraz / Cabernet matured in large old oak vats
Ruby core with brick rim – fairly deep colour for its age; mature aromas – toast, coffee, prunes, menthol, earth, leather – quite complex; lovely on the palate – mature, round, sweet fruit, coffee, tobacco, chewy ripe tannins. This has good structure and length. Very fine.
