86% Shiraz / 14% Cabernet matured in old oak vats
Still fairly deep semi-opaque garnet, with bright rim; sweet mocha, ripe opulent fruit, and some varietal pepper notes; sweet chocolate, fleshy fruit, low acidity, plenty of concentration here, thick textured with good length. A rich and powerful St Henri. Enjoyable now, but with years ahead of it.
