2ème Cru Classé, St.-Estephe
Fairly deep garnet with a bricky rim – a mature appearance; capsicum on the nose, herbs and earthy fruit; soft, open-knit structure with some mature flavours of still-reasonable fruit. An easy style with a little spiky acidity and low concentration. Not bad to drink, but certainly not a grand vin.
