Deeper gold; a delicious and complex, lifted aroma (and the first sense of maturity in this tasting) – a mixture of crème brûlée, earth, walnuts and lanolin; the palate is rich, but complete, with developed flavours, and good length. A very satisfying, and compelling Barsac. (My pick for a wine to take away and drink, from this line up).
