Light bright gold; fairly closed, though softly honeyed and very fresh aromatics with a touch of ginger spice; creamy Semillon on the palate, good botrytis and balanced oak, still needing to fully knit. Good freshness of acidity, and length on the finish. This is very elegant – perhaps even a little lightweight for Climens, but delicious.
