Very deep colour, still almost fully opaque with just a touch of development on the rim; wonderful rich nose, spicy, powerful, smoky and with an earthy truffly element – wow!; powerful rich and fine on the palate with loads of ripe silky tannin. Unready, but powerful, seamless and fine.
