deep ruby with youthful rim (!); sweet, opulent aromas, earthy, yet floral - complex; sweet, fine, perfumed fruit on the palate, rounded, harmonious. Mature, yet completely sound. à point. Later, more curranty and cedary aromas, and very fine on the palate. A real highlight of this tasting, and a great buy.
