2ème Grand Cru Classé, St Julien
Our bottle was pristine with level into the neck.
Still fairly deep ruby garnet showing some age on the rim; ripe sage, cedar and ripe fruit - nice nose; soft plump fruit on the palate, nicely balanced, nice soft low-acidity and polished tannins on the finish. Nothing out of place here - it's just that it lacks complexity.
