Deep core, some development on the rim; sweet, developed, Bordeaux-like nose, with some minerality, ripe fruit, floral notes, and sweet oak still showing a little; sweet, firm, ripe, very fine, and elegant, still youthful on the palate with a dry finish. (My top Monte Bello froma flight of 97, 96, 92, 91 and 90).
