Over dinner this evening, Allen Meadows will guide us through a survey of some of white Burgun-
dy’s top vineyards from Chablis to Meursault, taking in Puligny, Chassagne and St Aubin, through
the lens of some of the appellations’ top domaines – Roulot, Lafon, Leflaive, Ramonet, Raveneau….
All this focused on one single top class vintage – 2020 – so we can zero in on the terroirs and
producers, to help us refine our tastes and understanding some of the contributing factors behind
these wines. With the quarterly specialist review Burghound.com having completed its 25th year
of publication, no one is better prepared to guide us this evening than its author, our host Allen
Meadows.
