Pierre-Vincent Girardin — Pierre-Vincent faced a unique challenge early in his career: his father sold their family domaine, leaving behind only a small part of the vineyards. However, rather than seeing this as a setback, Pierre-Vincent viewed it as an opportunity. At just 21 years old, he established his vision from scratch. He selected the regions he wanted to cultivate, constructed a cutting-edge winery tailored to his vision, and ensured every detail reflected his goals. Leveraging both his father’s wealth of experience and his innovative mindset, Pierre-Vincent has developed wines of exceptional quality. With whites known for their depth and reds celebrated for their finesse, his portfolio reflects precision and authenticity.

Vincent Dancer — Theo Dancer has brought fresh energy to Domaine Vincent Dancer, preserving its heritage and expanding its scope. Under Theo's stewardship since 2020, the estate continues to shine with organic practices and distinctive techniques, such as long pressing, non-settling vinification, and minimal use of sulphur. Building on his father Vincent’s vision, Theo has ventured beyond the family plots, introducing new projects: a négoce working with esteemed estates in Jura, Rhône, and Savoie, and the launch of Roc Breïa, a 10ha vineyard producing outstanding Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from old vines. Theo’s passion for crafting pure, aromatic wines with a modern yet authentic approach ensures that both long-time admirers and new enthusiasts will experience excellence in every bottle. Domaine Dancer and its exciting new ventures now represent innovation without losing their time-honored roots.
