Join us at Bâtard for a masterclass with Château Moulin-à-Vent proprietor Edouard Parinet, as he takes us through a full decade – ten consecutive vintages – of his wines, followed by lunch. A further three of the estate’s cuvées have been selected from vintages in the same decade to pair with the lunch. When we look at Michelin guides for France from the 1920s and 1930s we see Moulin-à-Vent singled out for mention in entries for the country’s temples of gastronomy. There was a reason! And over the past few years we have seen the Parinet family bring that reason back to life step by step at Moulin-à-Vent’s flagship estate.
