While Bistrot du Vin honors classic, comforting French bistro cuisine, the kitchen is led by Chef Guillaume Losguardi.

Born in Corsica and raised around the globe as the son of a diplomat, Chef Guillaume absorbed a world of diverse flavors before honing his discipline in the elite mountain troops of the French Army (Chasseurs Alpins). He brought that same military precision to London’s top culinary institutions, refining his craft at Sketch by Pierre Gagnaire and Little Social by Jason Atherton.

Chef Guillaume delivers a culinary style that is gutsy, heartwarming, and deeply rustic:
