Administrator and Wine Sales Assistant


Core Responsibilities: 

  • Provide sales operational support to the sales team including client correspondences related to order inquiries, invoices, and deliveries 
  • Provide other general administrative support including file maintenance, ad-hoc projects/events, and other daily in-shop matters

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma or above with at least 1 year experience in an office environment. Recent university graduates will also be considered. 
  • Strong interest in wine
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin 
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office functions 

 Preferred Training and Experience: 

  • WSET qualifications
  • Sales and customer service related work experience

K11 Wine Bar Head Sommelier


Core Responsibilities: 

  • Creating and updating wine list 
  • Offer expert advice to customers on food and wine pairings 
  • Ensuring seamless delivery of wine service e.g. wines serviced at the correct temperature within the proper glassware, wines are properly opened and decanted 
  • Supervise and offer wine training on the wine team & wait staff. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Sommelier, Wine Steward/Stewardess or similar role 
  • Strong wine knowledge especially for Burgundy wines. 
  • Exceptional presentation and conversational skill
  • Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese, and Mandarin

 Preferred Training and Experience: 

  • Certification in WSET/ as a Sommelier/ a degree in hospitality  

Working hours:

  • Certification in WSET/ as a Sommelier/ a degree in hospitality

Assistant Sommelier


Core Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Wine Lounge & retail area. (Taking orders and payments, serving food and drinks and preparing the service area)
  • Assist guests to make wine & spirits selections
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
  • Practice compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene standards and regulations of the wine lounge area
  • Ensure adherence to stock control procedures
  • Assist to identify and develop promotional opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong wine knowledge
  • Must be dependable, reliable and a motivated individual.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, and Mandarin.
