Our delivery methods & charges are as follow:
Local Delivery (1-2 business day):
- Carrier: JAS-Forwarding
- Order & payment needs to confirm before 1PM
- Free local delivery (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories) for orders over HKD 5,000
- Local delivery charges apply [HKD 180 up to 4 cases, HKD 40 per case thereafter].
- Delivery schedule (standard):
- Monday–Saturday 10am-6pm (Closed on Sundays & Public holidays)
- Delivery schedule (remote areas):
- HK Wine Vault
- Crown Cellar
- Tung Chung/ Airport
i.e. normal delivery charge + extra delivery fee (HK$150) + Tsing Ma bridge fee (hk$40) + parking fee (if any)
- Discovery Bay
i.e. normal delivery charge + extra delivery fee (HK$150) + Tsing Ma bridge fee (hk$40) +tunnel fee (HK$120)+ parking fee (if any)
- Park Island/ Ma Wan
- 10am - 4pm only
- HKD 10 per case per floor will be charged for any delivery address withour lift service.
- All wines are under temperature control during transit.
Urgent Local Delivery (same day delivery/next day delivery after cut-off time):
- Same day delivery for the wines at our warehouse (HK), order & payment needs to confirm before 1PM with additional charge of HKD 300.
Pick-up at shop without additional cost:
- Pick-up at shop without any additional charge can be arrange within 1-2 business days upon order & payment confirmation.
Pick-up at Tsing Yi warehouse:
- Subject to HKD 100 gate fee upon entry (with or without vehicle)
- Rush fee still applies for same-day collection
We only sell our wine for Hong Kong delivery or collection. Regarding shipment overseas, you will have to arrange your own carrier and have them pickup the wines from our warehouse. However, if you do not have a shipper I can put you in touch with our warehouse partner.
If you are visiting Hong Kong from overseas, then our advice would be to arrange any wine orders just before you come to Hong Kong, and then settle by bank transfer. We can then arrange to deliver the wines to you at your hotel, or we can arrange another collection point e.g. our shop.
