June is our celebration of Riesling month here at the Fine Wine Experience! This month we have designed events dedicated to this one and only grape – Riesling - yes, it really is that special. Linden will host a Tutored Mosel Riesling lunch on 12th June (Saturday) featuring 2019s from Maximin Grünhaus, Zilliken and Joh. Jos. Prüm. And the talented winemakers behind these wines will join us as special guests via Zoom – Maximin von Schubert, Dorothee Zilliken and Katharina Prüm. We’ve asked Chef Aven Lau of Bâtard to create a menu to match these wines which will include his signature roast chicken and rice. Come join us to learn about the 2019 vintage in the Mosel and how these producers’ wines turned out. Also, experience how they match with food. Take a cool break inside from the summer heat for an afternoon of refreshing Riesling, lively wine discussion and delicious food.
